We manufacture replacement straps for Boston Whaler ™ and other brand boats. Our newest is a replacement seat or windshield straps that fits Boston Whaler ™ Dauntless and Ventura models. The original strap looks like

They come in a pack of two (2) and the Boston Whaler ™ OEM part number is 1025220. The same strap is used for both securing the windshield and seat cushions.

We make this strap using heavy-weight polyester webbing and stainless steel snaps and grommets. They do not come with any fasteners.

It is used on many Boston Whaler ™ models and the Windline brand of ladders also uses this strap. The Boston Whaler ™ OEM part number is 1911770. Windline’s OEM part number is ST-04.

Battery box tie down kits

We have designed a battery box tie down kit that will work as a replacement on Boston Whaler’s™ along with any series 24 or 27 battery box. The webbing is polyester and and all hardware is stainless steel (although we do not supply the fasteners).

The combination of the over-center buckle and polyester webbing allows you to get the strap quite tight and it won’t come loose. Polyester is the most ultra-violet resistant webbing we sell so this assembly is perfect for use in open boats where the battery box is exposed to the elements. The sewing is done using A&E’s polyester SunStop thread which has advanced UV protection and is non-wicking to provide excellent service life.

Thanks to Eldon and his team at the Sea-Dog Line for the use of a battery box. The stainless steel footman’s loops come from Sea-Dog.

Boston Whaler Stern Ladder Strap

Are you looking to replace the strap that holds your Boston Whaler’s™ stern ladder? Straps to Go can make one for you.

The strap uses the GM-1 buckle from American Cord and Webbing (ACW) and some 1″ black polyester webbing.

The webbing is sewn to the female half of the buckle (left side of the picture above) and the male half is attached to the boat.
